I have been using free Foxit PDF Reader for many dog years in W7, happy to have it

- provide a PDF printer driver for pre-Win10,
- create multipage PDF from Scanner: Samsung offers only [Bmp, Jpg, Png,Tif]
- allowing me to verify on Screen the things created by my sometimes antique Office Versions 97 or XP, which I prefer for loading speed.

Starting version 10 Foxit removed said printer driver and IIRC create PDF option, so I stayed with my workhorse on 9.7.2, which I had upgraded to as below that version a serious bug might compromise machine via PDF with virus/ransom attack included. Foxit only has obvious links to versions 10 and 11 on downloads (as far as I see... can be blind on web sites sometimes)

I have a separate PDF printer driver, a Foxit 9.5 msi I reasonably trust, but would prefer to have an installable 9.7.2 for VMs not connected to the Net and running W7. Habits are hard to break...

Spelunking around links from the last 18 months I see a few links to previous versions - some on sites I trust as much as chinese DVD from flea market - some pointing to cdn01.foxitsoftware.com from Mozilla and Foxit fora.

The most often linked to resolves into a DL of 256 MB whereas most other versions are 80-100 MB. Also small versions have "Borland" and "Pierre" early on exe file start 256 MB version has neither, so paranoid me is concerned.

Has anybody around here an installer for Foxit PDF Reader 9.7.2 he used or trusts ?
