Foxydialog works really well. In fact, Foxydialog is included with the sample in my VFP C++ Compiler presentation in OctoberFoxfest.
I have had one issue where one dialog at one deeply nested code position returns the wrong button, which I believe is a caption issue caused by the way foxydialog hooks the underlying Windows api. Otherwise no issues.
