Hmmm, the title is a misnomer in 2 parts "e-mails" instead of "Outlook" and "future" instead of ">2010".
I am not trying to be caustic or sarcastic - for a client with Outlook in the spec sheet (but no version #!) we created a special VM with older Outlook to get around some of the early hickups and used a special folder for automatic sending.
That was about a decade ago, no idea if you can still point different Outlook versions to the same PST file. Yes, a hack, but no sleep lost on evading the efforts MS tried to heap on dev shoulders by rearranging their APIs.
