This is frustrating as all get out, I wish the Fox team and the HP printer driver team would get locked into a room together and not let out until this all works like it's supposed to.

Make sure the .frx doesn't call for a specific printer. And if the latest drivers don't fix the problem the start working back through other printers. I've never had a single problem with the LJIII drivers. I'm about ready to just tell every client with newer HP Laser Printers to install that driver regardless of what real printer is there. *s*

I guess I should have them load paper in the manual tray. Again, why is this happening? I have almost 400 users using my application nationwide. Although we have been having a terrible time with HP printer drivers we have always been able to resolve them with the latest printer driver. Not in this case.
