Um... dunno why I had that then, probably foxtools still had a few functions that I still used so I kept it loaded at all times, so if justext() is a function in foxtools, you need to see what is it called in vfp proper.

Eh, now I checked and it seems that justext() is named the same in VFP, but AFAIK that function (and the whole family of path related functions) became part of vfp proper around version six. So... can you just try to retype that function? If there's something off, your intellisense should rectify it.
