Sure it does. It's the file mentioned in 5th record of login.scx which is somehow not found at runtime. I just gave you the instruction how to find which file it is.

Now why would it be not found at runtime? Possibly different set("Path"), or in the dev environment it's in a folder which doesn't exist on the test machine... whichever, I'm sure you'll find the cause, once you know the name of the offending file.
