I seem to be running into something similar, but not sure if it's the same problem. I have laptop screen and another monitor. I have visio diagram opened which unfortunately seems to open in IE (there is a possibility to change that requiring messing with registry which I cannot do anyway).

Quite often when I try to review this diagram the whole window gets distorted like you showed and I have to adjust, IE seems to re-start.

>- while scrolling with the mouse wheel through a Word document or e-mail which has embedded images such as screen snips - as soon as the scrolling hits the image(s)
