Alter Foxcharts to add the picture before drawing. Or just figure out where it starts drawing, Eventbind to that method and insert your picture first.

Or just fork, add a Backgroundpicture / Watermark feature to foxcharts and create a merge request. Nearly the same work, but available for everyone.
