Is there a routine available that will optimize
the memory buffers using SYS(3050,1) and SYS(3050,2)?

I know that VFP will slow down if there is too much
memory allocated to VFP. I have seen a technique
to take the value returned by SYS(3050) both 1 and 2
and dividing that by 3. However, I suspect there is
a more advanced technique available.
