The text editor of Visual Studio 2022 Community is showing a light bulb on the left. Apparently, this has changed from version to version for a solution to remove it. The closest informatio I have found is the following :

It says to simply go to File/Settings. I would very much like to know how to make Settings appear in the File menu or whereas I could find it.
