The number of conditions varies, depending on the strategy and user. So thought process is have them to enter strategy condition 1. Then press Save and Continue button, then the process should save that condition1 and display it at the bottom of the page. I am considering displaying all conditions entered and saved in a grid.

Unless the grid is supposed to be editable (you say „display“), why not an editbox? Just put the condition together as text. Editbox is scrollable, and for anything more complex than just a set of values, text is easier to read.
