Hi,
I am using Oracle8.4 and am facing the following problems when connecting to it thru. VFP5.0a
- CLOB and other LOB fields do not seem to be supported
- I get an error from VFP saying that 'The remote server did not return any data' whenever I try to save a changed remote view containing a parameterized where clause. A similar error occurs when I try to open the view using 'use viewname nodata'.

I am not sure whether the problem is with VFP or with the ORACLE ODBC driver and I would like to make sure that it is not the driver before proceeding further. Any one know of any other reliable third-party drivers available which I could try? I am currently using the driver which came with the ORACLE install.
