I created a simple console application and put your code into it.
It wouldn't compile.
.NET is case sensitive.
I made some changes.
See below.
That compiled.
using System;
using System.Collections.Generic;
using System.Linq;
using System.Text;

namespace ConsoleApplication1
{
    class Program
    {
        public void tester()
        {
            Console.WriteLine("Veuillez saisir votre prénom.");
            string prenom = Console.ReadLine();
            Console.WriteLine("Veuillez saisir votre age.");
            string age = Console.ReadLine();
            Console.WriteLine("Bonjour " + prenom + ", vous avez " + age + " ans.");
        }
    }
}
Anyone who does not go overboard- deserves to.
