Hi,
We had a power outage today. Maybe it is a coincidental, maybe not, but now when I turn on my notebook, and hover the mouse over the battery, it says "8% available. plugged in, not charging."
I checked that the power cable is connected.
I clicked on the battery icon and it shows that the battery health is Excellent.
I turned the notebook on and off a couple of times.
I took the battery out and put it in.
None of the above resolves the issue. If I remember correctly, before this outage, the battery was about 70% charged.
What else can I try?
