yes, it can be done with VFP. There are different ways to achieve this, I read from developers who did it with toolbars, I did it with container-grouped buttons to write a pos-software. I attached a picture to give you an idea.
And yes, it runs on a windows-tablet.

Is this needs some third party OCX/tool or its only VFP.
on Windows Tablet, if want to take input of Card Number / Amount. Following are the steps
- User will select what textbox is to be input using touch screen
- For example - user selects "Amount" textbox
- Now whenever user touch a number buttons using finger we will assign it to "Amount" textbox
- which event will trigger for Number CommandButton when user touch a particular button.
