You have to do nearly nothing.
One Drive gives you a Folder in which you copy your needed Files.
The other Side can see the File, and if he copy's that File it will be Downloaded behind the Scene.

We use One Drive for our pure VFP Data Exchange. So we only copy Files from or to the Shared OneDrive Folder.
