That's because of the latin viginti, which is 20, but then that's exactly four score, right? Several languages have special words for twenty, which is not the number+WordForTen like other numbers, except russian, which has a special word for forty (сорок - sorok) but not for anything else, not even 11, 12 like germanic languages have.
