All of a sudden am seeing Messages displaying when I execute SET REPORTBEHAVIOR 90 in Code and attempt to run a Report - Never have seen this before.
This happens even though SET TALK is set to OFF.
Only happens in my Windows 10 computer when compiled to an exe - no issue when running in the development environment.

Here's what I see:
