I'll do that - it looks like our mail server is back up - we've only got about 90 pending messages since last Thursday. (And only about five of them are from you - gd&r).

We're also going to modify our packing list to give people a heads up on "where's da CD" - since, incredibly enough, some people aren't reading all the way through to page 953 in the first sitting <<grin>>.
