Oh boy!

It's one of those slap your forehead moments.

Something was wrong with the default printer. Changing the default printer to PDF or anything else has fixed it. We had a power outage at some point (don't know when). I work remotely so I don't know if the printer was off or just in a strange state.

I think VFP must talk to the default printer to get paper size and margins and stuff like that. At least that's my guess.
