Then, what I remember of the TS (and whatever the pee-eye may mean), the sound, print, clipboard synchronization and other capabilities should be defined on the third page of the applet, before it connects. Check there.

If sound is not on by default, you'd have to explain a few things to end users, separately for each kind of TS client. Mind you, I was using Remmina on linux, for a couple of years, as the remote client, and it worked swimmingly - but then I never tried to bring the sound or to print. Actually, it's at about eight years since I last had a printer plugged into my box. Clipboard, OTOH, is what I liked the best, solves so many problems.
