Could you give SET("ReportBehavior") for both machines? Might it be they are different? It sounds like your comp runs on 80 and the customers on 90. Was a common problem switching ReportBehavior.
All I see is, make the width of the field a little bit larger. VFP removes the digit, if it does not fit.
