Since 90 renders different then 80 (90 with GDI+) the reports are slightly other. I guess it was even mentioned in the 90s help, at least it was prominent in this days. In special fields are a tiny bit larger in 90. Normally it was 1-3 pixels. As far as I remember.

For Thread #01684842, I have never seen this. Maybe the other way around, due to the length problem above.

You might use XFRX https://eqeus.com for PDF and other output. It's still developed and worth the money.
