Kiloseconds. What else? The computer counts in fractions of seconds, Minutes, hours are based on odd hexagesimalsystem. Length of day, month and year are more an estimate.
And it sounds much better then My hour is 45 minutes long, the normal hour length in educational jobs here. :)
