Copy the form in current state before you do anything else...
Do you have Refox? If so, then you might try
USE myform.scx
REPLACE methods with "" all
USE
Then use Refox to restore from the objcode. If you're lucky, whatever has happened doesn't affect all the fields because otherwise you'll have to go through every method and event looking for SNAFU, unfortunately.
