As long as you provide the dll's it will run for a long time.
What might be a problem is there smart-app-crap coming up on Win11. That might need your stuff signed. It's mostly about controlling the vendors (MS can compare the signing company with the software creating the app and the licences MS sold, so it will ban the use of free MS products that are allowed only for private use) but sold otherwise. Not VFP, this is a dead horse anyway, from MS POV. So you need the non cheap signing crap sooner or later. Else I see no danger.
Anyway, have a look at X#. it looks promising. Maybe you buy a ticket to Visual Fox Fest, There is a session about it.
