Code pass in VFP9 with TEXT TO command instead of TEXT...ENDTEXT. And, in VFP9 code is also command

=COMPROP(m.loXMLHTTP, "UTF8",1)

which does not exists in VFP6.

Zoran, the file seems ok (although there are a few chars that do not look to be utf-8 encoded the way you intended, like in "GRADSKA BIBLIOTEKA PAN^EVO").

The error you're seeing may not be related to the actual data you're posting. Maybe it's a long shot, but can you try with a different library? Instead of "MSXML2.XMLHTTP.6.0", use "MSXML2.ServerXMLHTTP.6.0".
