Keep the debugger open while recompiling. The files will be logged in debugout window as they compile, in order of records in the pjx file. When it breaks, open the pjx on the record of the last successfully compiled file, and then check the next record - that one refers to the file where you have a problem.

That's how to locate it. How to fix it, it depends. Check the path in the record in pjx, perhaps it's somehow wrong - refers to a nonexistent location, or to a wrong version of the file.
