G'Day Dimitry.

If you think these are the problems, have you looked at using Windows Terminal Services?

Before I retired to be my wife's full time carer, the place I worked at used Terminal Services to deliver our applications to our clients. We had our own servers that were hosted a high security certified server farm, but there are a number of places that offer their own machines for hosting terminal server.

I believe that most smart phones can also run a terminal service/remote desktop client, so that could also cover you there. You could have you forms re-lay themselves out for mobile, or just tell the user that for a consistent experience they should turn their phones on their sides :-)

Depending on how often you need to visit clients to sort out problems for them, it might make things easier for you too as you can connect just like anyone else.

Just a thought,
Ian Simcock.
