Maybe I am misreading or misunderstanding something. But when I enter the Message ID of your message (01685686) and put it into the message ID into the textbox (as you suggested), it brings me to a message created in 1998.
I suppose message ID repeats and probably depends on the Thread ID.
Update. Never mind. Now I see what you mean. I had to cut out the leading zero.
