I don't view this as anything other than the actions of a bumbling, plagarizing, gas-bag of a president. There are about a thousand differences between Trump and Biden....the former is a scoundrel and a crook, the latter is dumber than a bag of hammers. One of the worst things about Donald Trump is that he makes it possible for people to accept a bumbling fool as the lesser of two evils.
