Be kind, just send PLAIN TEXT and add your bells and whistles via PDF attached.
I for example will never read the HTML. More secure then snake-oil-antivirus. I have time for the data, will ignore pictures, so it's just bloat. If there is no TEXT part I just drop the message.
A good message is just good formatted text. In business nobody (except the boss) cares about pretty. The only reason for a PDF attached is to have a better structure available.
Else.
How do you compose the email? How do you add the HTML? String concatenation? Some tool?
The pic could be MIME part of the email your HTML refers. (This is when you see the pics of your mail as attachments)
Or you might embed the picture in HTML, and store that HTML as a whole to your mail. (This is when you don't see the pics of your mail as attachments)
In any case you need to transcode your binary
