There you are in the wrong forum. You need to talk to the DotNet people or google to find an interface in DotNet. https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-d&q=dotnet+read+webcam gives results. Then create an interface to control this from VFP.
If you have a cool interface, consider to make it stand alone and publish via VFPX. ;)

I'm not a great help in DotNet, I struggle with an interface to send picturs and data to an Zebra card printer with RFID writing myself. First steps.
