>>It seems par for the course for me to have issues no one else has experienced, but I can't believe nobody is having frequent lockups! I have seen tons of threads on fatal exception c0000005, but very few on lockups. Anyone experiencing this? My users are freezing up 5-10 times a day. They can't even ctrl-alt-delete. It seems to only affect my win95 users, and I am using the latest versions of VFP6 and installation wizard. Please help if you have any ideas.

Thanks again Terry. I can't believe I missed that thread! I am able to recreate this behavior now by loading an HP laserjet driver, and it goes away when I load the MS laserjet driver. So far, the first two users I checked with are using HP drivers. I hope this is it. I'll try the _fpreset() solution, but I am more inclined to have my users avoid the HP drivers as well.
Many thanks,
Marcus.
