I haven't seen a problem with this; it's the MS RSVP library. I have version 5.00.1717.1 installed.
Do you know what statement is causing the fault? AFAIK, none of the standard VFP controls or runtime components have any dependencies on this .DLL; it is not a component on either of the NT boxes here.
