Worse... while looking at this, playing with an example to check what I wrote, I discovered that the form that I use every day, which was long ago rewritten to use bizobjects - has a DE! The horrors - how did it work? But then, hey, it still works. But if I ever need to debug anyhting in it, I bet I'll forget to check the code in the DE, usually the last place I look (if ever)... Luckily, there's usually none there.
