If you have a webmaster they should be able to offer alternatives.

One potentially low cost approach would be Gmail: https://clean.email/blog/email-providers/how-to-create-a-distribution-list-in-gmail . The main downside to that would be that you would need to switch from DistGroup@MyTennisClub.org to MyTennisDistGroup@gmail.com . If you want to retain your current mail domain that probably won't work for you.

You may want to give some thought to setting up a shared mailbox rather than using a distribution list. One advantage of the former is that all delegates can see everything that has happened with that mailbox and e-mail address - everything received and everything sent by any delegate. In contrast, a distribution list just sends copies of incoming mail to the list members. When they reply, the members can't see each other's replies unless they remember to cc: each other, which can be a pain.
