Hi,
Some times ago, someone (don't remember who) showed some very nice Dashboard based on the data in a SQL Server Database.
Questions:
1. How do I learn some basics (very newbie) stuff of creating a dashboard. For example, just showing some total number of records (as a Hello World) in a table? Do I need to buy a tool/app from MS or another company?
2. Do I understand correctly that a Dashboard will be shown in any modern browser?

UPDATE. Since I posted this message, I did many searches online. And it appears that Power BI is the tool to use for building a dashboard. I am not sure if Power BI can get the information from a SQL Server.
