I try to automate a mail merge but it does not work. what really makes it wierd is, that the merge works, when I load Word form the command window and give the commands to merge in the command window. The templat is loaded and the merged document is created. If I do the same from within a VFP program I get an error from Word, claiming there is no data source. Template and data source are identical. I check multiple times, that both the template and data source are correct and not mirrored somewhere else.

Any idea, what can cause this strange behaviour of Word is more than welcome.
