All properties of objects contained by a column will be of the same value, except those controlled by controlsource, like value and text.
- Simple approach is an additional column that displays the text
- Check DynamicCurrentControl approach. You can use more then one object per column and control what is shown. I only do this for the active row, so I have no idea if this works over many rows, Sparse property is not really clear on this. See help.
- Complex approach. I'm not sure about this, but for all I remember the trick was to create a container class with a textbox and a checkbox, set checkbox.caption to the empty string, modi the textbox properties so that it looks like a label and use the controlsource of the textbox for your output. I've never done this too.
If possible, I would choose the additional column, minimum fuzz.
