GoFish pulls up wrong PJX

Yes.

That is, I think the dropdown with the project is a MRU, unless the project is already open. It's been a while... But then, GoFish is open, and I've found that it's not too convoluted, I know I had a similar problem (wanted to keep some if its stuff local, not central, i.e. to save stuff in the current folder) and it wasn't hard to find. The settings are in GF_Search_Settings.xml, and I've gone into one of the places where it was mentioned and made it use a local file with that name.
So as long as I didn't change directories while GoFish was still loaded, it was using the local xml file and thus the local MRU. Can't find what did I change and where, as I'm probably looking at the wrong folder, it's been years... well, just use goFish to find where it mentions the xml file, you can take it from there.
