You are right sir. I've copied the wrong file. I missed the "R" in VFP9RENU.DLL. I copied VFP9ENU.DLL instead of VFP9RENU.DLL . My mistake. And also, i've found out that the installer (USB) i was using was corrupted and it was not installing correctly. I've use my back up installer and the system now works.

Sounds like you might be missing the language resource file VFP9RENU.DLL (or the one for whichever language you want--that's English).
