I have written several emails to Steven and asked him to put it back online. Although I agree with him about his reaction in theory, he's fighting a battle that he won't win. He lets everyone suffer for one man's psychical problems.

Btw., I have also written to Mike, whom I have co-worked with several years ago. But he has stopped replying.
