I use HP OfficeJet Pro 8600 printer and the software that came with it to scan documents. I do not see an option to scan it as portrait. Attached is the image of the choices I get when scanning a document.
Do you see where I may be missing it?

UPDATE: I do not see where I can select to scan a landscape as portrait. It always scans in portrait mode. But a landscape document is difficult to read in a portrait mode.
