I attached a new pic - same prg, from different foxusers. A clear all was issued before the start, so the public on top is removed. The window is on top, see the scroll bars.
You see the I, laDirs and lcValue, you see the declaration of laDirs, the I is declared just right of it . On the right panel, the laDirs is listed just below.
The t* stuff are the parameters. This is foxbin2prg, evaluateConfiguration method.
