Not necessarily - I've had (before I uninstalled the 6.0 beta) this situation where .chm files were registered to launch hh*.exe, but F1 from VFP didn't work.

This happened when I had to reinstall W95 for some other reasons; IE4 required that it needed to be uninstalled first, and I did so. I reinstalled the 95, but never bothered to reinstall IE4 (I use Nescaffe Navigator) and that's what I got - hh*.exe is not invoked from VFP, but it is from the Explorer.
