Excel always (specially in CSV) has its own ideas as to what a certain value should be - a list containing „0, 1“ is „bad date“, numbers in european format are okay when above 1000 but not below, strings containing leading zeros become integers etc etc. More trouble than it's worth, and there's a very high probability that whatever works, will not keep working in the next version.
