There are few 32 bit ActiveX grid controls. The Dbi-Tech ctGrid is one option and is pretty easy to use.

Another option is iGrid from 10Tec.com which I have not used (except to look at their demos) but it looks to have more capabilities than ctGrid

Within our application we use Data Dynamics SharpGrid but it is no longer supported.
