As Ed already told you, it's rare to see a computer without it. But, this is one of the dlls MS recommends to be shipped with your product (if you need it, of course). So, to be on the safe side, include it in your distribution files.

Before I get excited and put this in all my reports, I thought I should find out where msvcrt20.dll comes from and if there's a chance it won't be on my user's machine.
