Wirth was a giant in its field, respected by most coders including those hacking interpreters à la vb, foxpro or python who would possibly not touch a real hardcore compiler à la Pascal, Modula. And most vfp-ers, whatever their background, would agree with Wirth on "Algorithms + Data Structures = Programs".
